Last week, PremSoft had the honor of participating in the Premium Extension Partner Day in Schöppingen – an exclusive event to which only 19 Premium Extension Partners were invited. These partners represent a select group of companies that enrich the Shopware ecosystem with their high-quality extensions and services. The invitation itself was already a great recognition for us, but things got even better: PremSoft was awarded the “Best Support Rating 2024” Award! 🏆

The Premium Extension Partner Day was perfectly organized by Shopware and provided us with an opportunity to gain deeper insights into the company’s latest developments and future plans. In addition to inspiring presentations by Shopware experts, we also had the chance to engage in meaningful discussions with Shopware teams and other partners. The direct exchange with developers, product managers, and other experts once again demonstrated how dynamic and innovative the Shopware ecosystem is.
A key focus of the event was the further development of the Shopware extension ecosystem. Shopware introduced new features and improvements aimed at making the marketplace for extensions even more attractive and powerful. Particularly interesting for us were the discussions about new ways to improve the customer experience and optimize support processes. Since our focus at PremSoft is on excellent support, this aligned perfectly with our vision.

An unexpected highlight of the day was the presentation of three awards to outstanding Premium Extension Partners. These awards recognize exceptional achievements within the Shopware community and highlight companies that stand out through excellent service, innovative products, and extraordinary commitment. When the Best Support Rating 2024 award was announced, the excitement was high – and when PremSoft was named the winner, the joy was indescribable!
