A useful plugin was developed from a customer request, which is offered for Shopware 6 in the store.
Our customer had the problem that spare parts for technically complex products could be ordered on his site. If you imagine a highly complex machine, it is sometimes difficult to recognise the exact use just by looking at the product name. It is easier to explain this with a picture. The principle is already used in many shops and is also known as “shop the look”. It is also often used in the furnishing sector, for example.
A large image is displayed on which individual components are marked with dots. By mouse-over or click, the user receives additional information on the matching products.
This is a great way to sell several suitable products directly or to simplify complex relationships.
