Admin Dashboard

Once the basic configuration is in place, the admin module is where you monitor and control the collecting and redeeming of bonus points.

Open it in the Shopware Administration via Marketing → Bonus system.

The module has five areas:

• Dashboard — the metrics overview, shown when you open the module
• Credits — all point movements, activation and export
• Customers — point accounts, manual bookings, history
• Conditions — campaigns, individual factors, exclusions
• Bonus products — rewards that can be ordered with points

Dashboard overview

The overview summarises recent activity in three tables: Statistics, Top 5 points earned and Top 5 points balance.

Use the time range dropdown to filter the metrics by:

• From the beginning
• Last 30 days
• Last 14 days
• Last 7 days
• Last 24 hours
• Since yesterday

Statistics

The table summarises the points per sales channel:

• Sales channel
• Points earned
• Points spent
• Points not approved
• Balance

Top 5 points earned

The five customers with the most credited points, with the columns Customer, Points earned and Points spent. Show all takes you to the full customer list.

Top 5 points balance

The balance is the number of points currently available to a customer. The table shows the five highest balances with the columns Customer and Balance.

The stacked icon at the top right of a table lets you show and hide columns, switch between compact and expanded view and toggle preview images.
